This has been a long time coming, but I really wanted to say how very pleased we were with the service we received from you with regards to the Air conditioning unit you and your company supplied to us at our Beach House on the Mornington Peninsula.

It was a major exercise because we were very particular about how you would access our property & not in anyways damage our brand new home.

We need never have worried you & your highly skilled trades' people were nothing short of fantastic. We later went on to add some more Air conditioning to two additional bedrooms that could not be accessed by the first unit. We were amazed how meticulous you were in working out the best way to put these units in. You were incredibly creative in your thinking & the end result was a very skilfully executed job.

As a result of the above work we have gone on to use you for my Mother's home & now a renovation project we have at our Town house in Brighton.

Brad, I can't commend you enough. You are always obliging punctual & extremely efficient & a delight to deal with. Your boss should be extremely proud of how you represent your Company; Sales people like yourself are few and far between.

If ever I or any of our friends need a Heating or Air conditioning solution, the only names that come to mind are Brad Watson & Woodpecker.
