Everything went very well today. The team was first-rate. No problems - definitely my best experience during renovations.
Thought you might be glad - or relieved - to hear this. Sorry I was hot under the collar - there was a lot of stress along the way when the sequence was thrown out by some incompetent people who wasted weeks of time, so I was getting used to expecting the worst. Things have improved, and I'm very grateful that you managed this job exactly when you said. Carpet goes down tomorrow.
