Split Systems

A Split System Is a central air conditioner that consists of two or more major components. Commonly used to cool one area of your home, Split Systems have a compressor-containing unit and condenser (installed outside the building) and a non-compressor - a "Head" (coil) unit- containing air handling unit (installed within the building). Split Systems which contain a heating element for dual heating and cooling purposes are also available.
