Woodpecker is a Heating Cooling, Fireplace and Barbeque Specialist store and we are opening one or our largest showrooms in Oakleigh East, near Chadstone Shopping Centre.
Woodpecker has a high reputation within the industry due to the commitment and integrity we give to our clients. This has been built up over the past 15 years through word of mouth, due to the efforts of our sales and supporting staff. We currently have positions now available in Sales to persons who also believe in this philosophy of service.
You will be based initially on the showroom floor, with in house training and your proven ability to perform you will be considered for a position with our team of onsite quotation specialists. You will be required to deliver quality service with measurable results.
Reporting to the Showroom Sales Manager, you will be based in our brand new showroom - working with an array of top quality products.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Customer enquiries and queries
- Liaising with both retail customers and builders
- Showroom sales and service
- Customer & Quotation follow up
- Sales & negotiation of prices
- MYOB Quotation
- Updating client database
- Assist in answering incoming calls if needed
This role requires and individual who has:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Immaculate presentation skills
- Target driven
- Solid track record in customer service / retail background
- Computer literacy MYOB and Microsoft Office packages
- Flexibility
- Experience/Knowledge within relevant industries is desirable.

The position will be full time and salary is negotiable upon level of experience.
