The Wood-fired oven is making somewhat of a comeback. It is escpescially suited where the is no natural gas supplied to the area. These units will not only compliment any kitched but can also heat the water and the whole house if needed. And with the prices of Electricity and Bottle gas being what they are, this can be a very cost effective solution.
And, there is that something special in the taste of food cooked in a wood fired "range" oven.
