A part supplied by Weber was faulty and the BBQ could not be set up. Took it back to the store and Jason was very apologetic and emailed Weber straight away in front of us with pictures of the faulty part. A few days later we received the part in the mail but still the part did not fit. Took it back to Jason who used one of his own screws and voila!! He actually finished setting it up for us in the store.
His product knowledge (not to mention his BBQ recipes!) and helpfulness and excellent customer service is second to none.
